I love the Baselane platform and all the resources it has built in. Rent collection has been a breeze and moving tenants over to Baselane has increased cash flow (which we all love!). I couldn't say enough good things about the platform and their customer service. Larissa is my point of contact and she is always an email away.

I strongly caution landlords against using Baselane. My experience has been financially risky and incredibly frustrating. When $40,000 of rent payments were stuck in limbo for weeks, I discovered that Baselane has no real support structure—every call reached the same person, with no management or escalation path, and their only solution was text-based replies. Since Baselane is just a wrapper for Stripe, I had no way to resolve the issue directly, leaving me with mortgages and expenses due while my funds sat frozen. The company lacks transparency (no visible leadership, no clear office presence, and no reliable address for legal correspondence), and it does not deliver on its promises of two-day transfers. Even paper checks would have been safer. This isn’t about fraud—it’s about a company too small and unstructured to responsibly manage landlord finances. I regret trusting them with my money and information, and I recommend landlords avoid Baselane entirely.
