Baselane is a God send. Before Baselane, tenant lease renewals and replacements, rent collection, and expense bookkeeping were all stressful and disorganized. The program is extremely well laid out, user friendly and rewarding to work with. I barely have to do any work aside from a handful of computer mouse clicks each month to categorize my monthly expenses (correction, or a few smartphone presses, since the mobile version is also fantastic).

I use Baselane to manage my 6 rental units in FL and CA. The rent collection feature is really great. I had some problems with people who wanted to pay via Zelle, but Zelle's restrictions for 1st payments sent to someone who is not a prior contact made that very difficult. People were trying to Zelle me $500, then wait a week, then Zelle the rest. With Baselane, they could send the entire amount right away. I also really depend on Baselane for all of my accounting. It's easy to keep my security deposits separate, earn interest, and track all transactions. I first heard about Baselane on Reddit and I'm very glad that I gave it a try!
