I am writing to leave a review and express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received recently. I love to rate companies based on how they treat me, and I truly hope other customers are treated this well. I have been very pleased with Baselane, which I use to allow my tenants to pay via credit card. I recently had to cancel this service for my current tenant because he decided to pay by check instead. The representative Saad who assisted me with this process was incredibly nice, polite, and courteous. His name is Saad, he was very helpful and walked me through the system to show me how to navigate canceling that specific client while keeping my account open for future use. Saad also took the time to educate me on your systems and how they can better assist me and other landlords in the future. Thank you, Saad H. from Baselane, for the great work. Baselane closed my account with out an information on why. They reserve the right to do so but it was exactly after we transferred our first months rent collection and reserves to the account. Now we have to wait for a check to be sent to us in 30-60 days. That money would be used to pay our mortgage for the property that is coming up. It would have been great to actually get a heads up or even an email alluding to how this could be resolved before it was completely shutdown with no knowledge of why. If you have other options than using this platform I would highly urge you do so.

I appreciate their care toward customer quality. It's a new platform with a couple of bugs, but Elias, my support agent, was quick to respond, investigate my transaction sync issue, and provided a solution.

Simple, powerful, all inclusive . Very nice app and I use it to categorize income and expenses for taxes.
