I’m a landlord and investor and Baselane came to the rescue. Through Baselane I was able to set rent collection for each property, lease renewals, tag maintenance expenses and associate them to the applicable property. If that’s not good enough for you, the plan I have is at no cost! That’s right, zero dollars. So, when I said came the rescue, I meant like Superman.

Baseline’s customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. In particular, I have found Mona to take a comprehensive approach to addressing customer concerns and questions.

Everything was resolved correctly. The one thing I wish could be improved is the time it took to resolve. The process of using email as the form of communication is not as efficient as direct chat or phone conversation. My request seems like it should have taken a few minutes to resolve rather than a few days. But overall I’m satisfied that it did get resolved.
