Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I am sorry that things did not work out this time around. For reference, our standard length bands are designed to fit up to an eight inch wrist. This will fit the vast majority of both men and women. When available, our long offerings will fit up to a nine inch wrist. That said, our long offerings are only manufactured in the popular 20mm & 22mm lug width sizes. Orders leave our facility in Dallas, TX within 48 hours. Delivery within the United States typically takes 3-7 days. International orders can take up to 3 weeks.
