This is a GREAT company. I ordered the wrong size. They were terrific in their response, shipping a new band out and even allowing my original price, which was lower than the replacement band. I dealt with Felix and I could not have been treated more courteously and professionally. I will be back!

Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Barton’s watch bands are comfortable, well made, and look fantastic. When I contacted them about receiving an extra watch band by mistake, they thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep it as a gift. That kind of customer care is hard to find. They’ve earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them.

Aside from making the most comfortable straps for Casio watches at a good price, their customer support is unusually good. Fast answers and very friendly.

I ordered a leather watch band around 1.5 years ago, and was extremely happy with it. The quality and feel is great. I use it on my Garmin Venu3S that I wear everyday. Recently, the little second leather keeper dropped off the band, due to use. I contacted support, and after a short deliberation, they decided to extend my 1y warranty and send a new watch band! You need to know that I am in Europe and both the band and shipping for the replacement was free. What an amazing customer service! I will definitely be back.

This watch strap is one of several straps that I have purchased from Barton via Amazon. The previous straps were Sailcloth and Leather which look outstanding with my chronograph watches. I purchased this hybrid strap for my Cartier XL Santo Dumont to give me some versatility when it comes to getting wet. My original straps from Cartier are alligator which can't even get damp without ruining them. I love this new strap and it too looks outstanding on my new watch. i did reach out to Barton regarding other products and their customer service was quick and exceptional! Felix got back to my email request in one day. That's incredible now a days! Kudos to Felix and their customer service team. If you're looking for a beautiful, durable, well made, premium watch strap, I would highly recommend Barton. Their turnaround is quick too while others can take up to 6-weeks. KS

We truly appreciate your continued support. The Cordura & Silicone Hybrid Watch Strap that you reference in the title of your message is a fan favorite. Waterproof and very durable for outdoor conditions. Enjoy the new strap! We are here when you need us.

I guess everyone has their own experience (1 star review?) but I have purchased from Barton Watch Bands several times over a couple of years. The items have been of good quality and I have enjoyed wearing them. On the one occasion I experienced a concern about a split on the inside of a band, Felix was quick, kind, and more than accommodating. Five stars in my mind. I will certainly continue to buy from there without hesitation.
