Fit is not true to us shoe size at all!! They don’t accept returns instead will send you a new pair with the adjusted shoe size that still won’t fit. However if you spend enough time and argue for a full refund with all the inconvenience that was experienced. They will fully refund your order.

Bareroots Footwear takes customer service seriously! When has that happened to you lately? I purchased a pair of tennis shoes only to discover that they were shipped from Hong Kong. Tariffs in the USA would have increased the price by 130%, making the purchase prohibitive. I immediately asked Bareroots to cancel the purchase, which they did—at great disadvantage to themselves. I do not know how companies can survive with the absurd tariffs being added to the cost of merchandise, but Bareroots put customer welfare first in my transaction.

We really appreciate your understanding and support — feedback like yours motivates us to keep improving and serving with integrity. Warm regards, The Bareroots Team
