They took too long to get here. The boots were not the same as in the photo and are too small. I have tried 5 times to email them and have not gotten a response

Ordered a pair of shoes that feel like the sole is made of styrofoam. There are wedge slides. Although my foot is not narrow; actually a tad on the wider side, my foot slips right through them. I sent three emails and got no reply on how to return.

After a long wait, DID receive slippers. As requested, HAD measured foot and chose appropriate size. Slippers were way too small. Sent 3 emails to request instructions for return/exchange/refund. Absolutely no response!!! I’m very disappointed and feel scammed by this company.

So far so bad! I'm trying to return the shoes I bought because the quality is abysmal. The insole is just styrofoam - no exaggeration. Looks like it's made from the same stuff that packing peanuts are made from. The outer shoe is really low-quality pleather. It buckles and folds the way you expect cheap crap would. I emailed their customer service desk the day the shoes arrived, 10 days ago, to initiate a return. Still no response. Don't give them your money.

Ordered back in May (from Australia) and received a tracking number and details that they had received my order and it was on its way. Then a few days later they email me to say that the shoes are NOT in stock and would I prefer something else? This was weird since I received tracking details however I trusted them and selected another pair of shoes. On advising them by email of the alternative selection, I then never heard back from them. I have emailed many times without a response from anyone. BS customer service. TOTAL SCAM

Scam website. I order a pair of Ariat boots and for $98. The shipment came from china and took over 3 weeks to fulfill. Once it finally arrived, it was a cheap plastic boot that isn’t even worth $3. No Box wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic bag. Completely scammed. When I reached out for a refund, which the website states they offer, no one responded to my emails. I had to cancel my credit card because of the fraudulent site had my information. Do not buy.

The shoes that I bought were not the same as advertised. The ones advertised look like they were probably taken from somebody else's website made with realesther and then the ones that I got were super cheap building materials for the cost, quality is clearly not the same. There was not even a shie insert in the boots. I don't think that the company is honest about the true quality and manufacturing of the shoes that they advertising. I would love to share comparison photos.
