This company is in China. They don't want to give you a full refund for the shoes you purchased if you are not satisfied. They don't provide you labels and want you to return the shoes at your expense. The shoes are not good quality. The price is not worth it. Stay away from this company.

Wasn't sure about the fit since I have wide feet but their team gave me perfect guidance. The sizing chart was spot on and the shoes fit exactly as described.

Adorable Boots
I found a pair of boots that look like I can adjust them with my left leg swelling. I am so hoping I'm right.

Totally disappointed with my order
Totally disappointed with my order. The quality of the shoe was not worth the price. They send me the wrong size. You will not get a full refund. You will get either store credit or partial refund and tell you to keep the item. Its a scam please do not shop at this website. Lesson learned

Too narrow footwear -unacceptable refund policy
I typically wear a medium width and shoes were too narrow. I requested to return my shoes and was told I would need to ship them to China to receive a 100% refund (shipping $34-40)or choose another size for them to ship me. They only have ONE width in their shoes, so ordering a longer size would not have helped me. They offered to reimburse me 50% or send me another pair of shoes (which would have been too narrow). They were not transparent up front about their exchange and return policy. I was very diligent and after weeks of communication, I did receive a full refund. Olivia their customer service rep was AA very good communicator - so 5 stars to her!
