Great response time
Great response time. The shoes I ordered were way too small compared to what a normal size would be so if you order, you may have to order 2 sizes up at least. First they offered me a replacement pair, but I only wanted a refund and they refunded me promptly.

I ordered a pair of boots from your…
I ordered a pair of boots from your company and purposely ordered a size up, but they still do not fit. In addition, the boots I received look nothing like the photos on your website — they are a different color and appear to be poorly made. The product I received does not match the description or images advertised, which constitutes false advertising. I’ve already been in contact with one of your representatives, but I was told I would need to pay for return shipping. I do not believe I should have to pay to return an item that was misrepresented. Please issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label for the boots.

They take awhile to get
They take awhile to get, around a month and the tracker wasn’t working but I did receive emails they were on their way. Over all I’m happy with my purchase. The snow boots I bought look great. It did say on the website to buy a size larger. Mine were perfect doing that but my husband’s probably should have been his normal size. Nothing thick socks can’t fix.

Needed something professional looking…
Needed something professional looking but comfortable for days with lots of standing. These dress shoes works perfectly for office and walking. I am satisfied with the customer support as well.

Initially the shoes took almost a month…
Initially the shoes took almost a month to arrive, and when they did arrive they were much too small. It took some time to get my return sorted out, and in the end they fully refunded me and let me keep the shoes to gift to a friend. So I was happy :)

The boots I received were as pictured…
The boots I received were as pictured and seemed to be comfortable however I was sent a smaller size then ordered. Company offered free replacement but there is no free returns - keep that in mind! They ended up giving me a 40% refund and I gave the boots to a friend that wore that size. I did love the boots but didn’t want to get another wrong size and go through this again.

This is my first time buying any shoes…
This is my first time buying any shoes from this company and let me tell you they are very comfortable and stylish. I have a very wide foot and usually have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. These felt great as soon as I put them on! I did have a small issue with my purchase when they arrived, but after an email to customer service the Issue was taken care without any hassle. I will be ordering again from them not only for the comfort and style but the great customer service!
