Nowhere does the website say they are in China so I finally got the shoes 2-3 weeks+ after I ordered. the clasps don't even work though so I tried to return them. When I went to send them back it was going to cost me over $250 for shipping. No thank you! The reason they got a 2 instead of a 1 or 0 is because I got some of my money back after calling my credit card company bitching about it.

Don't even! This company is another chinese scam. The amount of $$ it will take to mail the cheap faux suede boots I got is not worth it and they know that, thats why they offer 75% back for you to purchase another pair of bad faux shoes. The delivery was efficient but that was it. This this is my fault. I should have read the about the materials first and also the reviews first before ordering. Live and Learn!

Ordered Sandals from this company. When I received them the smell of chemicals was so overpowering. I had to put it outside in the hallway. I've been waiting 2 weeks with multiple emails back and forth for a refund and how to return these shoes and still I'm left with toxic shoes and no information on how to get a refund after 2 weeks.

This company sends their products from a China warehouse & when shoes need to be returned (for sizing issues) they only offer a 75% credit to buy more from them or says the customer has to pay to return them to China! If the shoes are poorly sized why would a customer order more? They are scamming the customer! They are avoiding making a refund. There is nothing seen in advance to indicate and warn a customer of having to return a product to China and not a local warehouse (which in itself is not cheap either)! Pinterest needs to stop sponsoring this company! I will definitely approach my credit card company to challenge the purchase.

If you buy shoes, they will send you shoes. Are they low quality? Yes. Does it take a really long time to arrive (since they’re shipped from China)? Yes. Is it nearly impossible to return shoes that don’t fit or just aren’t good? Also yes. You have to ship them back to a return address in China, and you’re responsible for the expensive shipping fees that will cost much more than the shoes. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. You’ll receive the shoes, but considering the low quality and the difficulty of returns, I’d rather shop from a more dependable store or website.

Item was advertised as being shipped from a UK warehouse, but delivery took over two weeks, because it was actually sent from China. This is clearly misleading. The quality of the shoes is appalling. They started falling apart in less than a month. Materials are cheap, workmanship is poor, and the product looks nothing like the photos on the website. Customer service is just as bad as the product. Absolutely not recommended, complete waste of money. AVOID!

Like other reviewers mention you will get your item but if it’s wrong or doesn’t fit you’re screwed. They are cheaper quality and probably not comfortable for all day wear. I sent the email for exchange because they are really small but it was sent back to me as undeliverable. I called the number which is a voicemail telling you to email them. I consider myself lucky I only lost $40 but I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything from them unless you are 100% sure what you are getting. I am super glad my gut kicked in when they sent all those 40% off coupon codes trying to get me to buy even more before the first pair even showed up. I would have been out more money! Thankful my brain took over.

I was not happy with the quality of the shoes I ordered. I have contact the company multiple times through the website with no response. I also sent them an email to the posted email which is invalid. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Now I am stuck with shoes I do not like and very unhappy. Still waiting to hear back!!
