I have asked three times to return the shoes. Contacting them directly on their website. No response from the company. The shoes are to big. I agree with another review, shoes are not true to size. I am not receiving a response. Poor customer service and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Customer Service is atrocious. I ordered clogs with a back strap as shown on description, arrived after waiting weeks and they didn't have a back strap. Tried to contact them several times by email and contact form to return but they never answered. All they want is to sell dont care about after Service at all.

Horrible experience… please do not ever order from them it’s all a scam … no return policy ..their email is phony and contact phone number is phony too… you will lose your money!! This website should be closed and this fake store !!!!!

Shady company they do not answer phone or allow you to leave a message. Email comes back as unknown so you can not contact them to request a return. The sizing is way off for US shoe sizing. Very dissapointed will donate the unused shoes to charity. Do not buy shoes from this company poor customer svc.

I ordered a pair of boots in dark brown, the rugged boots for women. They took a month to come in and the boots were not like the photos on their website. They were very cheap and the completely wrong color. You have to put in a request for a return, I have never heard back from them. They will take your money and run!

I was not happy with the quality of the shoes I ordered. I have contact the company multiple times through the website with no response. I also sent them an email to the posted email which is invalid. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Now I am stuck with shoes I do not like and very unhappy. Still waiting to hear back!!

Ordered my regular size. 🛑 BEWARE. ---you wont get a refund or credit. Won't happen. ---🛑 Took forever to arrive. Had no idea they were coming from Finland. To the United States. Actually Texas. One size too small. Tried immediately to start a refund or a resize. Sent several emails and phone calls. There would be a slight response with more activities to jump through before I could apply for not a refund but a gift card. Which never happened. I finally had to call my bank and stop payment. I am in the middle of a fight with them now. Ughhh you better order your stuff. One size bigger
