Worst company ever, this company is fake! Do not order. No working phone number or email. Have been trying to return a pair of shoes for months! Very cheaply made!

This company has been a headache since I purchased three pairs of boots on 01/12/2026 , Unfortunately I read the reviews within 30 minutes after the purchase and I noticed there were many complaints about sizing with main issue being the boots needed to be sized up 2-3 sizes larger. So I immediately emailed the company within 4 hours of purchase after looking at the website there policy states that they will upsize your order or correct the order if it hasn’t already shipped I thought great this will head off any issues so I thought so it was 01/13/2026 4:30 a.m . USA time I emailed the companies website they have listed to resolve the issue so I wouldn’t have to return them and it be a costly nightmare. As of today 0121/2026 I have sent 5 unanswered emails to the company the latest update I received the boots today and just like customer complaints they are about three sizes to small on top of they look plastic nothing like the material on pictures same style different material almost plastic looking terrible quality. There’s noting I can do with these . Still no response the only email I’ve received was a solicitation to buy more absolutely not !!! Fortunately for me I always use Pay in 4 / of Pay as you go because of companies not necessarily honoring there customer service policy so until I receive the product and it’s up to par then I’ll completely pay it off just a bit of insurance and I’ve only had one issue other than this with a company same area as this one . I started a dispute with both companies processing payments there investigating I submitted all unanswered emails purchase receipts and pictures of the plastic boots . I want a total refund even shipping because this was preventable customer service is a nightmare . Buyer Beware hopefully no one else has this issue. The only good experience was fast shipping and purchase was easy . But product and customer service is a negative 2

I had ordered January 10th. They did not come in the time I was told.Also, I called the phone number listed 6 times 6 messages did not receive any reply. I must have emailed BareRoots 10 times no response. I looked up my tracking number and it has been stuck in transit at the same location for 8 days. There is no way in knowing the location. I have emailed them to notify them. I’m unable to receive my product at my location. Retract my order and please refund me. This has been one of the worst company’s I have ever experienced. I’m starting to believe this all is a scam.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The boots were terrible quality. They took forever to come in. When I went to return them within the “30 days” the phone number and email provided on the website were both all of the sudden not working. I contacted shop, the service which I paid through, and they couldn’t do anything either. It’s beyond frustrating, and completely dishonest. DO NOT buy from this company!

The product I ordered was totally inferior to what was advertised. The right shoe was a completely different shape to the left! No luck contacting the company on their email address to initiate a return and refund - all mail returned as “undeliverable”. They have left me no option but to raise a refund dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Do NOT shop with this company.
