Hi Renee, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. Please know that all games on Bankrolla are provided by officially licensed and certified providers. Each game follows strict industry standards, including clearly defined Return to Player (RTP) rates that are independently audited and cannot be changed by us. That said, we understand how frustrating it can feel when luck just isn’t on your side — and we’re really sorry it felt that way. If you reach out to us directly, we’d be happy to look into your case and see how we can cheer you up. Regarding Pragmatic Play - their games are not currently available on our platform, but we are continuously working to expand our selection. In the meantime, we offer a wide variety of games from other trusted providers, and we hope you’ll find something you enjoy.:) We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to improve your experience. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] - we’re always here to help. With Love, Bankrolla Team

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we’d appreciate more context so we can better understand your experience. Your message “Support doesn't not support” is unclear, and without specific details, we’re unable to investigate or assist you properly:( At Bankrolla, we take customer support seriously and are committed to providing timely and helpful assistance. If you’ve encountered an issue, we invite you to reach out directly to our team at [email protected] or via Live Chat and we’ll do our best to resolve it. With Love, Bankrolla Team
