Hi Luis, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. Your account was restricted during our automated system checks, as it was flagged by our verification provider. These checks are performed to ensure compliance with our Terms & Conditions and to maintain the integrity of our platform. The block was applied automatically, and we understand how frustrating this may be. Upon further review, we identified several duplicate accounts using similar identifiers, which led to the decision to keep your account closed. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We take fairness and transparency seriously and are here to help resolve any misunderstandings. With Love, Bankrolla Team
