Don’t offer AMOE. how are they even operating without offering this as a “sweepstakes”? The nature of their operation is to offer envelopes. No wonder why states are banning sweepstakes, thanks to shady and unethical sites like this.

Hello Jose, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that Bankrolla fully complies with sweepstakes requirements and provides multiple Alternate Methods of Entry (AMOE) that do not require any purchase. These include free daily rewards, promotional offers, and community challenges, all designed to ensure fair participation for every player. Our goal is to keep the experience transparent, compliant, and enjoyable for all users. With Love, Bankrolla Team

The website is incredibly sleek, modern, and so easy to navigate. Finding what you need is intuitive, and the whole process from start to finish is smooth. What truly stands out is the fantastic customer support team. I had a few questions about my account, and they were not only quick to respond but also exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s clear they value their users and are dedicated to providing a top-tier service. The overall concept is engaging and feels very secure. It's a wonderful platform that focuses on a positive and entertaining user experience. I would highly recommend Bankrolla to anyone looking for a fun and trustworthy site! Keep up the excellent work

Well let see now where should I begin? So I have already written a review for this casino and got a answer back from them almost immediately which usually is a good sigh but not this time. Basically it felt like a plot to waste my time even more. I did everything they asked me to do to verify my identity and it even says on there platform that I'm verified so u would think that it would be a piece of cake to cash out......WRONG I spent my whole day today trying to cash out my messily $200 winnings to no avail. And when I click on the live chat link off to the dumb bot which is about as much help as a flashlight in broad daylight. I just want my winnings. I even deposited money to this platform it not like I was playing on a no deposit bonus or something. Don't waste your time on this less than mediocre casino. UPDATE.... I have received my winnings and changed from 1 to 3 stars if it wasn't for the trouble of getting my payout it would have been 4 stars

Pretty good social casino! Only problem I have is the lack of games and poor daily bonus. Otherwise good stuff!

I tried a limited time bonus, it said $10 for 20 SC and after I purchased it only gave me 10 SC, when I looked at the recipt it showed $10 for 10 SC. Something is rigged to not allow the bonus SC. There is no proof because I was asked to provide a screenshot. HOW CAN I DO THAT? I ALREADY CLICKED IT, THE BONUS GOES AWAY IN THE STORE!! HELLO! Set me up for failure. I dont screenshot before I buy assuming a site is a scam. No more playing here for me!

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. Bankrolla is a licensed and regulated social casino, and all redemptions are processed in accordance with industry regulations. As part of this process, our team may sometimes request additional documents under the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This is a compliance requirement designed to ensure the safety and fairness of all redemptions. That said, we can confirm that your redemption request has already been processed successfully and the funds were delivered to you. We truly hope this resolves your concerns, and we would be grateful if you might consider updating your review to reflect your experience more accurately. We value having you as part of the Bankrolla community and look forward to making your time with us enjoyable. With Love, Bankrolla Team
