lets see i started my withdrawal pretty early in the morning. got the run around from customer support for a good 12 hours before i was informed there was a kyc process before i could redeem. most sketchy kyc verification ever because they have me emailing them my identity information and pdfs of my bank. Then with zero time frame or helpful responses from customer support i wait 2 days for an email that never came that my account is verified. today is now day 3 of trying to get an answer on when i can withdrawal my 400$ winnings. and still support has no answers and is clearly either mental or a bot. I feel all and all scammed and my identity might now be stolen

My review isn't based on a payout win. The thing I like is that there are daily contests via social media. It helps if you're not one of the people with extra spring money all the time. The puzzles to solve aren't hard and it's another way to pass the time. So far, so good.
