Hi Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate your positive comments about the website, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the delay in your redemptions. While most redemptions are processed within our standard timeframe once all requirements are met, some requests may take longer due to additional internal reviews or higher processing volumes. We’d really like the opportunity to review your specific case and help move this forward. Please contact our support team directly using the email associated with your account, and our team will look into your redemptions as a priority. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to resolve this for you soon. Best regards, Bankrolla Team

Hi Mark, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the delays and the frustration you've encountered. Waiting over a week for a $455 redemption while receiving repetitive and unhelpful responses from our support team is not the experience we want for any player. We take this feedback seriously. We would like to look into your account and get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please reach out to our support team and ask for your case to be escalated. If you have already done this, please try again and reference the urgency — your redemption should not still be pending. We genuinely want to make this right for you. Best regards, Bankrolla Team

Hi JTR, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we take your feedback very seriously. We want to sincerely address your concern about self-exclusion. Responsible gaming is a cornerstone of how we operate, and every self-exclusion request must be honored promptly and fully. If you have submitted multiple requests and continue to receive promotional communications, this is not acceptable and we apologize unreservedly. We urge you to contact our support team directly as a matter of priority so that we can ensure your self-exclusion is properly processed and that all marketing communications are stopped immediately. Your wellbeing matters far more to us than any promotional activity. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Bankrolla Team

Hi Peter, Thank you for your honest feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you're enjoying the games, and we're sorry to hear your initial redemption request required additional verification. This is a standard part of our security process to protect all players and ensure compliance. We understand the 24-48 hour window can feel like a long time when you're waiting on your winnings. We hope everything has since been processed smoothly for you. If you're still waiting or have any outstanding concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to assist right away. Best regards, Bankrolla Team
