The agent still got the order…
The agent still got the order incorrect. I asked for a large, light blue long sleeve shirt. It appears to be small. She was very nice, but clearly did not understand what I was asking despite being very specific in what I wanted. Edit: Was fixed quickly after emailing the agent. Updated my rating to reflect their response.
