I placed an order on January 25th. This is still in progress. On a request to the support on February 22 and repeated queries, I still have not received any response. I have already paid over $ 135. This is absolutely not customer friendly. Finally I got my order but a bit too late on March 14th. But In still have Not revceived an answer to my ticket.

Over 500 bucks, three months of waiting, and my order is still in the processing stage. Now what does that tell you?

In a nut shell i ordered a product Mid February 2019. It took a few days for the international money transfer to complete. I have been in correspondence with them since simply trying to receive a purchase order and receipt of the money i paid. To date i have received no receipt. Not sure how this will go? I simply have been told they will look into it. The order was aprox $277 American dollars. I prefer to move forward with receiving my product. However without their acknowledgement of receiving my money even pursuing a refund is out of the question. Updated 7th March. Have received correspondence today and now have order number. I still do not know why i never received email from bad dragon at time of order in the form of receipt and order details. I am so happy just received email my order has been shipped.😗

Bad dragon has a great line of products despite being outrageous in price! The huge downside to bad dragon is there horrible customer support, and product manufacturing times! Ive sent around 5 emails maybe more to there customer support for an update on my purchase which i have yet to recieve a response for around 2 weeks of emails! This will be my 3rd purchase from bad dragon and my first 2 products had custom coloring and i recieved both in 4 weeks! This is the end of week 4 with no updates on manufacturing times or shipping times so quite a substantial difference between my previous and current purchases!

I have bought 1 toys from them and man I have had nothing but a good experience. On December my wife wanted the echo with tube so I placed my order, on February she decided to get a vaginoplasty last minute. By the time they answered my ticket about changing the item it was to late. I had the chance to exchange messages and man let me tell you I got taken care of really good. I will continue to purchase with bad dragon, the wait time is awful but what do you expect hand made items it takes time.

My order hasn’t been shipped literally months after ordering, I’ve wanted to cancel the order and my “tickets” just don’t work, I don’t know what to do anymore I just want it to get shipped or at least have someone telling me what’s happenin with my order

I made a $300+ order for 3 toys Dec. 22, 2018. I had understood that I should expect to wait 4-5 weeks for an order, maybe even longer around the holidays. On Dec 27th I emailed customer service and asked if the products were going to be shipped together or separately as they became available. I didn't hear back from Bad Dragon for nearly 3 weeks. So I emailed them a 2nd time. They finally responded on Jan. 19th saying 2 toys were ready but the 3rd was in cue for production. My question wasn't even addressed and they closed the ticket before I could respond. So I waited. I wrote Bad Dragon again on Feb 7th, asking for an order update (Ticket #186701 if you're reading this, Bad Dragon). It's now Feb. 13th, a week later and I haven't had any response. It's been nearly 7 weeks since I first placed my order. I'm beyond frustrated and can't remember the last time I had such a horrible experience buying ANYTHING. This kind of service is what drives customers away and makes them never want to come back. Unless I see some sort of effort made to even simply COMMUNICATE with me, this will easily be the last time I ever buy from Bad Dragon. I wish I had read online reviews before I purchased because I would have just taken my business to a competitor. If this ridiculousness drags out much longer, I'll just cancel my order, order from a competitor, and cross my fingers that they refund my money.

Zero customer service! Took payment including 2 day international delivery for non custom items (already in stock so no wait while they make them). Followed up 4 days later with an email/ticket asking what lead times I should expect. No response from them at all despite numerous follow up emails and tickets, days apart. I would honestly just avoid these as they don't respond and don't demonstrate any customer consideration at all.
