Your products are great, but shopping through USPS si not your best idea. 18 days from your place to Montreal! Too slow!

I thought I was going to need surgery....and spent many dollars and months on massages and troubleshooting my problem. Come to find out it was my posture when sitting at my desk for 10 hours a day. I think the product quality and R&D is as advertised. I would prefer some adjustments to the product design such as a full cotton exterior, but I've enjoyed using the pillow and find it a great bargain at the sale price. It does seem that my neck and back pain have lessened as a result of use, which is a remarkable feat.
