Could improve communication
The online purchase was smooth but I was not given a confirmation email or a tracking number for the shipment. The item arrived quickly, in time, but the period of absence of communication was uncomfortable as I did not know if at all the order went through. Calling customer service was helpful in the way that they were able to track down my order but their verbal assurance that they would follow it up with a email confirming that it has shipped was never followed up with. I did not receive the email ever but the product arrived.

Simple and works

Horrible Experience!!!!!! No Care at this company
They shipped me the wrong items completely then sent a return label that had my address in the wrong state. My original order was never filled and when I called customer service to ask about it, they said “nothing we can do about that. It’s up to Corporate” Really, what nonsense and total unprofessionalism. Just wondering what their definition of customer service is..........

Super Great
I was very happy with the fast resolution of a shipping problem with my order. The comfort pillow I ordered is absolutely wonderful, and the staff at BackJoy are truly caring and efficient at their business. Great Company.
