I experience constant pain from having suffered a brokn tailbone; Not just once, but twice! The first time was when my son was born. He took a meer hour from first contraction to holding him in my arms. But he was a posterior presentation (his spine was against my spine) so as the back of his head passed beyond my tailbone,.....my tailbone broke. The 2nd time was when I lost control of my motorcycle, and collided with a power pole, and was knocked unconscious. When I came to, I knew immediately that I had broken my tailbone yet again! I was very lucky that my injuries were limited to that, some road rash & bruising! My motorcycle survived with even less jnjuries than me! Only minor damage. I however, was never able to ride again due to the tailbone pain. Eventually sold my motorcycle, plus I had to stop riding horses, or bicycles as well. Sitting at my office desk, or at my sewing table; at the table for meals, sitting in the car for any reason was was beyond painful........ Until I discovered my first BACKJOY!!!! I usually use it in my sewing room, but the other night when i was watching TV in my recliner, the pain was so bad that I thought "what have I got to lose?" Well!! The difference was both positive and immediate! So, I went online to your store and ordered 3 more of them!! And they are worth every cent!!! So now I have four of them! One for my recliner in the living room; One for my home office chair; One for my sewing room chair; and one for in the car, that I can use either as the driver, or as the passenger! Plus because of the convenient built in carry handle, I can take it with me where ever I want! Even though it has a great easy clean finish, popping it in a giant Ziploc bag keeps it from getting wet or dirty, and saves me on time to clean either it, or my cloths. My son will beturning 28 at the end of May 2019. That's a very long time to have suffered from the original, and subsequent injury. In closing I would like to say Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!! I wanted to order the BackJoy mini, but you've discontinued it. Tried your SitSmart Posture Core, recommended by your Customer Service team as a the new model for petite customers but it misses the mark in every dimension for me. Please bring back the BackJoy mini! FYI, I'm keeping the Posture Core to put my aging mini on top of, hoping it will preserve what's left of it--so I now have to use a 2 layer system. Far from ideal and I do worry the mini will completely collapse for age soon.

I use this for riding and it is great. Works well for shoulders back, posture support and no bounce. Would like to have one in white also.

The product quality was not good..it has multiple scratches on the back of the SitSmart Posture Core where it seems it has been used and sat on rough flooring. Didn't exchange or return as it was an oversea shipment, it was just too much hassle. Otherwise, the product itself is good. comfortable and much better than the 1st generation (had been using it for years).

Highest quality since my first purchase years ago. This is the real deal - don’t go with an imitation.

The old style was certainly good but impossible to pack in all but the largest suitcase. This new collapsible style is perfect for traveling and the smaller size and wider gripping areas make it easier to use than the older model. I now use it exclusively.
