This is my Backjoy for home. It is my second one. The first I got a few years ago and have it in my car. It is a JOY indeed.😄 J.Fischer

This item really helped my back when I’m driving. The only problem is now that I’ve used it, I can’t sit comfortably without it.
Response from The BackJoy CompanyApr 17, 2019
Hi James, We are extremely happy to hear this has been very helpful for you! It is amazing for driving, isn't it? Or as you are discovering, anywhere you sit. My daily favorites are in my desk chair, in the car, and my dining room chair. Thanks for sharing and happy sitting, Natasha Smith BackJoy

BackJoy responded that they often ship to a POB and that UPS is supposed to know how to handle this. I know Amazon uses UPS Surepost, but I didn't see this designation this time.
Response from The BackJoy CompanyApr 16, 2019
Hi Norris, Thanks for your feedback. UPS should have delivered this to your PO Box without delay or issues. We ship the same method via UPS to PO Box addresses everyday, without issues. Please understand that this was a mistake by UPS, not BackJoy. Nonetheless, we want you to have a positive experience as a whole with BackJoy and our products. I have sent you an email follow-up personally regarding this matter and hope to make this right. Warm Regards, Natasha Smith BackJoy Customer Care
