Great product

I have an ongoing back issue
I have an ongoing back issue; my lower back/pelvis goes out often. We had left to travel to Wyoming to attend a funeral and the long car ride did not help my back. While there, my sister in-law had her Back Joy in her car and asked I would like to use it. On the way home I felt that the BJ held my pelvis symmetrical. We saw one for sale a truck stop but did not want to buy one before actually using it for a while. I instantly ordered one when I got home. I also took it to my physical therapy appointment and my PT gave it a try and ordered one. I Love your product!

Not exactly what I expected - There's no cush. Can't get comfortable.
I cannot tell if I am using this right. Meaning if I am sitting in it correctly. It took a few days to get use to it. When I think I am getting help from it I wake up with lower back pain unable to walk the first few steps; it's not going away. I have a Dr. appt for xrays to see what the issue is and what if anything can be done to help.
