The product was great at first then after a few days the curvature of the product kind of went away. It still has its curve but not like how I first got it. I wish it was sturdier, I do take it everywhere but not it seems like when I sit down it feels like I'm flattening it down. Pain is still there but will update as I keep using it longer that's if it holds it's shape still

I had misinterpreted 7-day delivery, expecting our order to arrive the day before a road trip. BackJoy employee Natasha tried to intercept and redirect the order to my destination, so we could use the product on our way home. When that didn’t work per the shipping company, Natasha sent a new set of seats to us at our new location, and informed me she would send a return label for the set that had arrived at our house after we had left. We were thus able to use the seats that were sent to our destination on our two-day drive home, and found them very satisfactory. I feel Natasha’s customer service was exceptional. We will recommend your product and your company to friends who travel.
