I bought two because it was unclear which would work. One was so small and I tried to return it. They said that they would email a FedEx return code. Never got the code despite multiple attempts.

When i first placed my order, a week went by and i never received a notice of shipment. Their website says they ship within 48hrs. I called customer service, they said they lost the order, but they ended up shipping it later that day.

Love this backjoy thing. I find new ways to use it every time I pick it up. Most helpful at relaxing tight hard to reach muscles.
