Site was not easy to understand
Site was not easy to understand. Overwhelming number of options scattered across the site. Would have taken hours to find and assess each product available. I highly recommend organizing your products into subgroups. Then laying them out one one page. With a brief description of what sets them apart. That is the major two or three differences in each group. Overall shopping experience online 1. Swift delivery, honest site, NO fraudulent charges, etc. I rate over all a 3. Would shop again because I trust the company's honesty. Despite their lack of website organizational skills.

Couldn't ask for better customer service and Natasha at BackJoy is the best at resolving issues. Backjoy is wonderful for my aching back, it helps so much on the sofa and in my car. Will order another one soon for my office chair. Great company.
