Does not keep your spine straight.... ?

Item came all beat up in the box. The glue on the back side of the unit is coming up and not glued securely. This was a gift for my mother, wish it came packed up like a 70$ item should. But it was thrown in a oversized box with no packing material -so It is hard to tell if the glue was already loose, or due to the rough ride in the postal service. Oh well I guess.

The back joy was a gift for my sister who suffers from back pain. She absolutely loves it. The order was sent right away. We are very happy with the product and the service. Happy New Years.

I bought this for Christmas for my husband. I used it today and found it slightly comfortable, but not totally.

I have a sprained lumbar area that's been taking a long time to heal. I was a little skeptical that this weirdly shaped thing would help but I read the reviews and decided to try it. It's been wonderful. If I'm walking around and my back is hurting I can sit on it and get almost instant relief.
