We purchased two and neither my wife more I find them comfortable or effective. We would like to return them for a refund. Please advise.

the only way I can sit on a sofa
Backjoy and literally the only way that I can comfortably sit on a sofa, or in my husband's car. I've had one for years, and just bought two more in December of 2020. They are absolutely wonderful.

Backjoy is an excellent wonder
Backjoy is an excellent wonder. My friend had one and I tried it. I just had to get one !! It’s perfect for getting to all the unreachable areas of my back. It’s excellenet for loosening up all those knots that I could never reach. I use it every day !!

I have a lot of back issues and this is product has been of great benefit to me. I have been using this product for about a year now. I had a bad fall and it was essential to my recovery and ability to drive. Now, I keep one in car, one in house, and have given two as a gift.
