I NEVER got my order, though I paid for it - A shipping label (with a tracking#) was issued but there were no tracking results since seemingly the package was never scanned by UPS or whatever carrier you were using. The most important thing is that I called and I also send messages from your wensite, as well as email messages to your Customer Service Dept, but not even once did I get any reply back!!!! This is totally unacceptable for such a well established company as yours - it is the ultimate fraud action that could happen within BackJoy - Your name should actually be BACKPAIN! Shame on you!

I did not like it. I found no relief by using this item.

I love my backjoy products!! 3 CHIROPRACTORs approved of my sit fit seats. As well as the massage balls for my back. I intend to continue to using, purchasing & PRAISING "BACKJOY" whenever possible!

The pad was not soft like anticipated. The back support was not large enough.

Does little to relieve conditions advertised. Hard, uncomfortable, like sitting on egg cartons. Save your money, buy something else or at the very least go to a brick and mortar store and try these products BEFORE you buy....

Made all the difference in aligning my hips because my chair was two times too big.

It’s pretty good, it does seem to render some relief when sitting for long periods of time.

Love my Backjoy seat cushion. It helps with my posture and I've had no lower back pain since using it at work.
