Two years ago, I wrote to BackJoy asking about a discontinued product. They promptly wrote back to let me know it was discontinued. Months later, a BackJoy rep contacted me and said they had ended up with a few and asked if I was still interested. I was astounded that they had remembered my query. More than that, the rep was incredibly sweet about my sizing worries, sending me multiple versions to make sure I got the right size. I have told many people about my experience. I can't recommend BackJoy highly enough.

The BackJoy is essential for my back! I love it so much that I have one in my car, one on my office chair, and one on my reading chair. It gives excellent support!

I own all the backjoy sitting products. The Sitzright is very good. The foam cushions are good, but you have nothing that differentiates your products between each other. Even when I called for product differentiation your customer service agent couldn't tell me why I should get the posture plus over the relief seat or the two seat cushions. I love the product (relief seat) and seat cushion. I've had success with both reducing my back pain.

It didn't work for me as I was expecting. But maybe I need something different than this, I have a lot of back pain, and seatting too much is not helping.
