Hello Twolla, I can see that the funds were put back into your account already. As for the flowers, your husband was insisting on the sunflowers and they were not available, perhaps there was a deep meaning to the sunflowers and unfortunately as hard as we tried, we could not find them from any of our florists. We wish you both a happy day and hopefully next time you can trust our service to send on your behalf!

Hello thereee Yes, we had to cancel your order. Our service is all about finding the best florist so that we can send an amazing bouquet of flowers. We do this for thousands of customers daily but during Mothers Day we have an even bigger task which is to make sure your order is delivered on such a busy day. In your case, we did not feel 100 percent sure that the delivery would be made and so we cancelled your order and issued a refund. I have looked and the funds will be in your account on Monday so stay tuned for that. Again, we are sorry for the cancellation but we part of our service is to protect our customers and we did this for you in giving you a chance to try with someone else. Thanks so muchhhh

Speaking to a sales person is the first step to our process. From there we process your order with our local florists and we go above and beyond to send perfect flowers for you from the best florist. Once we see that its impossible to do this in a given area we contatc our customers to tell them. We think this is actually the most amazing part of our service to you. Anyhow we extend an olive branch to you and we respect your opinion and wish you the best alwaysss. Hi Renee, Your order was received too late for same day delivery. You then asked for a refund and we did refund you immediately. The processing time of issuing banks is not known to us as it varies. However, I looked and I am 100 Percent sure the money will be in your account the latest today. Please dont be stressed okey? We are always here fighting for our customers in situations where an order is noıt possible to be made. The best part of our service is that we immediately refund our customers and then take up all other issues directly with our local florist. Hello Brandon, good day to you. I have looked and we do not have any calls or emails from you. Just want to let you know that we are fanatical about our customer service and if you wrote to us we would advise you quickly as to what happened so that you do not stress over this issue. We thank you for trusting us with your orders. Both of your orders were rejected by the florist because of being backed up for Mothers Day. Our florists are responsible in not taking orders they are not sure they can do. We sent you cancellations immediately. Just as an FYI this time of year is most difficult in that all florists are extremely busy and best part of our service is that we do not take chances on holding an order that may not be delivered. By the way, your refund will be in your account today and latest tomorrow.

I would like to answer to the following complaint: This company if they were legit, would work a little quicker to make their customers satisfied but they don't instead they make excuses. Your ordered May 5th and you have already received your refund within May 10th. May 5th was a Friday and so within 3 business days your money was back in your account. Perhaps you did not take into account that the weekend added more time to the processing. Also, we do not have an inventory as you say. We send your order to a local florist and we try to find exactly what you have bought harvesting the inventory of many area florists for you. In your case, you did not want to change the flowers to what was available by our florists in that area and so we promptly refunded you

Hello Sarah, Your ordered the mini orchids and there was no substitute we could offer for you and s owe went ahead and cancelled the order immediately becasuse during a time of loss it is important for our customers to have a fast opportunity to purchase something else from us or they can simply try another service. I also see that there is no email from you or phone call to express your concerns to us prior to this complaint. Furthermore, I have looke and called the bank and I am sure that your money was returned to you 2 days ago. I have emailed you the proof once again and so please look into your account again. All of our customers are refunded and we have an 100 Percent refund policy that we strictly adhere to. Id like to say that we service thousands of orders daily but sometimes availability of flowers creates an issue but we always get back to our customers to give them timely options. So sorry for your loss and we are always here for youuu

Hi Frankie, Part of our service is to make sure all Mothers Day orders are delivered and in the area your ordered we could not feel comfortable that your delivery would be made on time so we cancelled allowing you enough time to try someone else but pelae be cautious we tried all area florists on your behalf! James, Generally we do not respond to hateful reviews with curses. You have not sent a single email or phone call to us to address any issue. If you did so, youd find it so easy to talk with us and you would discover we are here for you with our servant hearts. The time it takes to curse the kindest hardest working people could have be put in to contacting us to help youuu I have sent a refund and if you get double money back please have the heart to let us know we can give you a credit towards another purchase.
