these people are scammers ! i was promised a refund but nobody has yet to send me my money or the flowers . edit . they sent my refund back everything turned out all good !

NEWEST UPDATE: PLEASE READ! I was recently contacted by Hazel of the e-commerce customer support division for Baby Blue Florist. She informed me that the company is a new startup and they're trying to make everything right for all of their customers do to errors during the learning processes. She asked me if she could send a free bouquet to our loved one on our behalf along with an apology letter from their company. I was a little skeptical, but decided just the same to see where this was going. Over the next couple days Hazel checked in with me daily, asked for flower ideas for our loved one, ensured addresses were correct, (loved one is in a Veterans home), wished me a happy bday and followed up after delivery. This lady made me feel like I was her only focus for three days straight! If she's doing this for everyone I wonder when she sleeps. To cut this short: Flowers arrived very quickly and loved one was very moved by midsummer flower surprise. At 88 he does not normally text, but he did that day! I can't say enough about Hazel and I highly, highly recommend giving this company a try. Will WILL be using them again. I'm leaving the below history on this review post to show that I am not part of or in any way affiliated with this company. 1st UPDATE: I initially wrote the review following this update due to the fact it took one month to resolve the issue caused by baby blue florist. We just learned this evening, Sunday 16 July 2023, that our refund was received by our cc company. A refund due to us since 15 June 2023. It took several emails and phone calls to accomplish this. We will not file grievance with cc company, but we will NOT recommend the use of this company. INITIAL REVIEW: Ordered flowers for loved ones funeral several days before ceremony. Was notified by email the day before funeral by baby blue florist that the order was canceled by them due to lack of supporting florist in the area (Oxford Miss). Was told a refund would ensue. Had to special order last minute from another florist who had no problem finding local supplier, though they arrived too late!! Refund never came. Several weeks, emails and phone calls to customer service (overseas) and still no refund. Reporting to BBB and filing grievance with CC company. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM FRONT SHOP!

Easy to order and they accept orders from Canada. The prices are reasonable and they do a good job putting the flowers together.

They were very thorough in names and addresses and very professional. They called me back when no one answered the door or the phone and then went back out and left the floral arrangement per my request and called the customer back at 3:00 to tell them they had an arrangement on their front porch. Loved it!
