This place Is crap I placed an order then 10 seconds later I got a refund and the reason for it was the guy didn't want to deliver the flower lazy why have a job don't make no sense 🤬🤬🤬

I called right after I placed my order to cancel and they said I'll send you a email confirming it is canceled they never did I called back 3 times after and they said the same thing they never canceled my order or sent a email to confirm I will calling my bank to dispute this charge that already came out

This place is dog s#!t! I put in an order and even called before placing the order online to make sure he could make the delivery within the allotted time and he confirmed that he could. I placed the order received no order number just a charge to my card. Then I called to make sure they received my order and just like the rest of the people in the other reviews I got screwed out of my money and had my order cancelled. Talked to 2 separate representatives on two separate calls and they both claim to have sent an email that I could respond to and still have received nothing. In response to your inaccurate response that I didn’t have funds on my card that isn’t correct! I tried to make the transaction twice before realizing that I had my card locked and that is the reason if declined twice. I unlocked my card and made the purchase on my third attempt and it was successful because it charged my card and deducted the funds for $125.15 so please don’t try to make it seem as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. You scam people and take their hard earned money and make them jump through hoops to get back what’s rightfully theirs!!!! Here is my email since you claim you don’t have the correct one in your system to show me proof Izzyaya143 @gmail.com please send me something that shows I wasn’t charged.

Placed an order and the funds were immediately held as a charge with my bank... Never received a confirmation email for my order, sent an email requesting a confirmation and received a reply that the order was cancelled due to no florists in the area available to deliver... Funny, because 5 minutes later I found someone who had the exact same arrangement and confirmed my order as well as their availability to deliver! Why bother taking orders if you are not part of the FTD pool to get orders to local florists to deliver? I will definitely be sharing my correspondence with the bank to ensure this is fully cancelled and refunded! While I have received confirmation of a refund and appreciate the direct correspondence and assistance of Cathleen, it is bad business to straight lie on a reply to a review. I soooo wish I could upload our conversation and the "reason" the order was cancelled - had NOTHING to do with me being a florist because I AM NOT NOR I HAVE EVER BEEN A FLORIST.... My mother WORKED for a florist when I was young, hence the reason I am knowledgeable about the way orders and exchanges and deliveries work ... Not that one has to know someone who is a florist or works for one to be knowledgeable about such things. What a shame these bad reviews reflect the integrity of this company far better than the rare compliment given.

Total SCAM!!!!!! Made the mistake of ordering flowers to quickly and ended up with this scam of a website. Such a bummer. Don’t fall for this mess!

I should have read the reviews before placing an order today at 2:01 pm. At 2:05 pm received another email my order had been canceled. Called their 800# to only have someone from overseas to indicate I need to Email them for a response. I’m filing a complaint with the states attorneys general on Monday if they have charged my card.

I ordered some flowers day of for my friend’s birthday. The order was canceled and the message I received from the company said “the florist in that area did not have the particular flowers. Right now I am not sure as to why but I will research to make sure this never happens again.” Obviously, if something is out of stock, you can’t deliver it but this seems to be a reoccurring experience for many people who have tried to place orders with this company. Additionally, they said that my refund would come back on my credit card “2 bussines days or earlier, depending on your bank’s policies.” Yes, you read that right. Business spelled “bussines.” It’s been over 5 days and I still don’t have my refund. Thank god my bank is helpful with dealing with unreliable companies because I have a feeling I will have to call them up soon. My message to anyone considering buying from here: don’t do it! Your order will be canceled, you will be out of luck because it will be too late to order flowers from other shops, and your money will be held up for days on end!! I’m getting bad, scam, fraud vibes from this company. I’m fr reporting them to the FTC.

Ordered flowers for my friends birthday and they refunded bc they didn’t have the flowers that I ordered off the website. Said I would get my $58 refund in 2-3 business days and stillllll haven’t received it back. Contacting my bank to report it as a scam.
