After filing a dispute with my credit card company, I received a complete refund for both orders. Not sure how it would have gone if I'd not involved my cc company, but let's be charitable. Still, I'd not order from them again.

*** Edited 7/21/2023 *** I would like to state that Baby Blue Florist contacted me to make this problem right. They have gotten the flowers to my daughter and apologized profusely for their rude and arrogant employee. I’m not sure I would go through all this hassle again, it I do appreciate their internet person reaching out to make it right. Like others… this should be a NEGATIVE NUMBER review. Placed an order, within 45 minutes Baby Blue Florist canceled it and kept my money! Tried to call them and they hung up on me. I wish I would have read the reviews FIRST! Turning them into BBS, contacted my bank, as well as our attorney. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT LET THEM FRAUDULENTLY take your MONEY!!!

I recently wrote a poor review regarding an order on June 5th that was not delivered and I was not notified. An associate from the company named Hazel contacted and made sure my money was refunded and a free bouquet was delivered. I appreciate the effort that was made. Sounds like your company is making a real effort to get the kinks worked out. Thank you.

Update I received a email from my bank that I finally received my money back from baby blue florist and its on my account now thank you Alvia Martinez
