I ordered flowers
I ordered flowers, a Bear,and Candy for my mom Birthday, my Order was cancelled and my money never was refunded to my card like whoever the person was that I talked too, I’ll never do this again, not with Baby Blue florist that’s not the way you do business!!!

Dyron Hello, Your refund was processed but there is a 5 business day window for funds to show. I looke at bank account and I am sure your refund will be applied by your bank today or latest tomorrow. I have alos looked at who you spoke to and <ı think they advised you appropriately at that time. As a note, wqe did have the wrong email for you but no worries we located your order and refunded accordingly and timely

Scam!!!
Scam!!!! Don’t let them fool you with their responses/lies to the comments below!!!! It’s been a month and I know I’ll never see my money/refund. This company is GROSS! Shameful.

Katie Hello, You have been refunded my dear along time ago. I am sending you a private email direct from our bank as proof that we already did your refund and now the system shows it as a duplicate refund which means we cannot refund you twice for the same transaction. Please look in your statement for Baby Blue Florist because I contacted our bank and we are absolutely sure you received your refund. We agree with you that you deserve a refund and so this is not in dispute. We service thousands of orders daily and customer satisfaction is most important for us and so we support you in every way possible in this. Hi Cheryl, You ordered 2 days ago so your refund will be there today or tomorrow latest. I looked into the bank account and the funds have left from our account so please be patient until tomorrow. Dont stress, the refund is on the way...

I placed an order to deliver flowers…
I placed an order to deliver flowers for a graduation ceremony. They took the order, charged my credit card and cancelled the order without telling me. Now, they are delaying the refund. Had I seen all of the negative reviews online, I would've never ordered from these folks. Very poor customer service.

I placed an online order it was accepted and my credit card was charged, I later received an email stating my order had been canceled. It took several days for me to get my money back. If you can't do business get out of business

Absolute scammers I ordered flowers for…
Absolute scammers I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral, and the minute they took my money. I called back to mention some thing and they told me the order has been canceled. It’s been over a week and no Refund do not use them. I should’ve looked at all these reviews before I placed an order with him absolute scam. I hope these people get arrested.

Hello Jeff, I'm very well aware of your situation with us and I'm sending you a heartfelt sorry for your loss and your experience with but I'd also like to give you an explanation as to what happened. When you called us for the update we advised you of the cancellation because what you ordered was not possible to be made. At this point a refund was made. You then called again 4 days later asking the status of your refund and we again confirmed it with you. You also called us again yesterday but when you called we were closed but we did see your missed call today. I'd like to let you know that I personally went into your account today and issued the money back and so you will see these funds back on your card tomorrow. Please, maybe there was a delay from your issuing bank so if you do get a double refund please let us know. We have a 3 to 5 business day policy on processing refunds and perhaps your bank also has this as well causing what seems to be a delay. On our side we did everything possible to be timely in cancelling the order immediately and refunding immediately based on your request. Please don't stress I'm sure tomorrow you will have the funds

Choose ANY Florist but this one!
I ordered flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. That evening I called my friend and she said there were no flowers. Called Florist this AM only to find that they had cancelled the order. The reason given? Not in their service area. They didn't know this when I gave the address?? Got my email wrong on the phone so I had no notification of the cancellation until I called this AM. Never asked me for a phone number. The only thing they did right was refund my money (and that has yet to be seen...have to wait 48 hours to see if the transaction went through. I won't even get into the fact that I was also quoted a different price than what showed up on the bill!!! I asked for a reputable florist in the area (I am in another state) and they wouldn't respond. BE AWARE! Even if they do refund the money...they still have your credit card number! Cancel you card and report to BBB!

Hi Susan, I wrote to you already many times and a very lengthy email explaining everything. I have sincerely worked so hard for you to make everything correct including immediate refund to your card and an explanation as to why your order was cancelled. We did not recommend any other florist because we called all the florists in that area and none of them could send the roses. Im always here continously for you and İm deeply sorry this has bothered you so much but just know we worked very hard for you and tried our best!!!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered! They cancelled my order the day is was supposed to be delivered. I had to find another florist in a huge rush!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!

Hello, I have looked and I see that the funds were credited back to your account already. We do thousands of orders daily and some orders are not possible based on the florists refusal based on nothaving the flowers or logistics issues. The best part of our serice is to immediately work with our florists to get your order out on time. Sometimes, as hard as we try some orders are not able to go out and so we cancel with enough time for our customers to have a chance to make a chice in purchasing something we can send or they can try on their own somewhere else. Sorry for not being able to service this order but we really tried so hard for you
