My order was cancelled, by them and I had to call in 3 times over the course of 2 weeks to receive my refund and they refused to let me speak to anyone in charge. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM

I placed an order on May 17th, 2023 for a little over $58. I'm in Ohio and was trying to send flowers to my friend in New Orleans. I received an email within an hour of placing the order saying it was cancelled due to them not having the flowers I purchased. The email I received said my refund had been processed and would show up in my bank account within two business days. It's been over a week and I still have not received my refund. I gave it this long to give the company and bank some grace to allow for processing times. Thank God I have Huntington and their customer service is great. As of today I have disputed the charge. STRONGLY recommend NOT using this company. I will definitely be looking for local florists or using 1-800 Flowers from now on!

Can I give 0 stars? Ordered a couple weeks ago with the promise of same day delivery, and then got a cancellation about an hour after I paid. They said they would send a refund- I waited a week and nothing ever came. Called up multiple times to see what was going on and they said it was my banks fault not theirs. Based on all the reviews, seems like this is a common occurrence. Stay away from this company One time screw up is one thing, but it is OBVIOUS that this exact thing has happened to just about everyone in these comments. Logical deduction makes Baby Blue Florist the problem, not ALL of our banks. Absolutely ridiculous reading some of their replies to people too. Do better

I placed an order online with his company Wednesday May 17th and then I never got my flowers. I emailed them later in the evening asking if there was going to be a delivery the next day or when and where that could happen and I was told to check my spam email because they had emailed me to say it was canceled because there weren't available flowers when I had chosen something that was supposed to be the designer or florists choice. I've been finally got an email from the company of someone must have been in New York or somewhere who said Yes you'll get a refund give it two to three business days. When I did not get a refund I called and got someone who said it should be by the next business day and still never got my refund never got any flowers never got a voucher nothing. That was the cheapest item on their website of like $39.99 with the $10 processing fee it was $53.44. never ordering from here again, do not recommend. Their service line also does not say anything, not whom you've contacted, the business hours, nor the availability or wait time. Nothing.

After having the same thing happen to me I found this review site. Just to inform everyone that this has happened to you i would like to introduce to you how to get your money back immediately. There is a agency within the FBI called IC3 that handles these types of scams and more. I got the same emails with the same things its been voided yada yada. After informing the person emailing I am filling a complaint with FBI IC3 it was "even though your bank says pending, it was voided and the money never came out and the florist in your area cancelled this order". 1st dont even take these scammers words for value at all. Next, do what you say youre gonna do and file that complaint (side note if you ever need help finding the companies information that is real such as the company's ip address look up a ip finder website(it basically tells the government their exact location address etc. The real address. This company is actually in California not New Jersey, Which for them it is 172.66.43.180. long story short after sending them a copy of the FBI report form confirmation in email along with copies of screen shots of this companies location etc the money magically was refunded and back into my account. Just a little tip for those that may have never heard of FBI IC3.

This is a SCAM! I received a cancellation email from them minutes after placing my order. I never received the refund. I sent them numerous emails inquiring the status of the refund and their response was always to contact my bank. I had already called my bank before contacting them and they verified hat no refund had been processed. I also called 1800-723-7788 (number listed on their site), no one answers.

Never made the delivery. Still have not received a refund after several calls and emails. Total SCAM!!!! Beware!!!!!! Refund promised but never delivered. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!!! STILL NO REFUND!!!!! UPDATE TO THE RIDICULOUS RESPONSE FROM THE VENDOR!!! The response is priceless!!!! Morals!!!!! Hahahaha! That Cathleen person should look in the mirror or invest in a dictionary. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Look at hundreds of reviews detailing the same SCAM pulled on them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 morals! Yeah. Ok.

Completely a scam company! Ordered flowers, looked like a local florist. They cancelled order soon after, and then they never refunded my card, despite repeated assurances that they would. Had to dispute the charge to get my money back. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Can't believe they're able to pop up at the top of the search list on Google. :/ Update...Since I left a review, and disputed the charge, they keep sending me emails of a "receipt" for refund, which of course never posts to my credit card. Update #2...Now they have filed a complaint with Trustpilot that I did not publish a genuine review. Trustpilot contacted me for receipts and other documentation, which I happily provided. You got anything else Baby Blue Florist?
