Scam made right-update
If I could rate this company a zero, I would. My husband had hoped to have flowers delivered to me. He placed the order and then received an email stating that the order was canceled. 2 weeks later still no refund. This website is a scam!!! Beware!!! We’re now having to dispute the charge with our bank. Update: we received an email from Hazel who made a bad experience right. She not only refunded my husband for the original missed order, but sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers, free of charge. This type of customer care goes a long way with us and will not be forgotten. Thank you for turning our experience around!!

Hi Amy, Yes your husband ordered pink roses for you. however, there was no florist that had any pink roses and really there is no substitute for this type of order becasue it is love and romance and usually this color is so important. We cancelled this order and we gave your husband a chance to order something else with enough time for your anniversary. Sorry but we cannot substitute these types of flowers. Please look for your refund again, I am not sure why there was a delay but I see here that the money has come back to you. Im also sending you a happy email so please read ittt thank so muchhh
