They got me too! They canceled my order right after I placed it. They said I would receive my money back in 2 days depending on my bank. Wrote them a nasty email about how their reviews say they are a scam. They allegedly have sent my money back. We'll see. Update: They refunded my money. However, I do not believe that they are an ethical business. The same thing has happened to too many people for it to be a coincidence.

First of all they cancelled my order with the reason that "they don't have those flowers" and then they said to expect my money back in two days or so it's been a week and I get "we are working on it" which says to me they didn't ever refund it like they claimed DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

It was unfortunate that the burial flowers were not able to be delivered ,hopefully they can find and work with a better delivery system. That said, the customer service "happiness manager" Cathleen Kaur was amazing and I was sent my refund quickly along with a very nice note. I give her the 5 stars.Thank you

The exact same thing happened to me on May 18th! I ordered flowers, paid, and received a cancellation saying they refunded me. I sent a follow up email on May 25th saying I never received the refund. I received an email back saying they apologize and are looking into it. I finally had to file with my bank.

I fell for it too!! Ordered flowers for my dear friend who was in ICU in South Carolina, was taken out of my account, then got the email canceling order. Called a week later about my refund, was told would take a couple days. Going on 2 weeks now and no refund!! This business needs to be shut down immediately!! Shame on them!! There is a special place down south for people taking advantage of folks during a difficult time in their lives trying to make a kind gesture!! Going to try to dispute with my bank pffft!!! Filing complaint with BBB. Hope and pray this prevents anyone else getting stolen from, during time of grief!!! ** In response to their response... As I said to you in the email, why was I not offered a substitute then or an alternative arrangement instead of just a quick cancellation notice. Plus it took you over 2 weeks, 2 emails and a bad review to get my money back! Nope I'm not buying it, shame on you still!!!

I'd also give them a zero stars if I could. Seems like I'm in the same boat as many other people on this thread, I wish I had seen it before making a purchase for Mother's Day and having it canceled on me, as well as not receiving my money back. I've submitted a complain with the BBB. Fingers crossed... Update 6/22: It took getting the BBB involved to escalate with the florist and on 6/16 my $ was refunded, over a MONTH later. Their response means nothing.

Why oh why didn’t I look at these reviews before I ordered 😭 I ordered a designers choice bouquet, was charged and then got an email saying my order was canceled but it didn’t give a reason. It’s been a week and I’ve not heard anything else or seen a refund. How can this company still be in business and is there anyone that has actually received a delivery????
