What a great ring. Exactly how Rio described it. I've never received better support then what B2C Jewels provided. Rio kept me updated and continued to be responsive throughout the entire process. I've now referred two friends who are also looking into buying a ring because I know they won't be disappointed.

I was a bit hesitant buying a diamond ring over the internet because there is no personal contact, but B2C Jewels customer service is excellent and their e-mail and phone service is maybe even better than the service you get at a brick and mortar store. I mainly dealt with Johnny, and he was very helpful finding the right diamond. Although I was a bit late he pushed forward to get the ring delivered in time.

I've purchased several pieces of high quality beautiful jewelry from B2C Jewels, and couldn't be happier. They have an excellent selection of products, and the price can't be beat. Michael was very helpful and followed up with me every step of the way. I'd recommend everyone give B2C a call before considering a purchase from any other jeweler. Good service, high quality, and excellent prices are a hard combination to beat.

All reps at B2C are super helpful and totally in synch with each other. You can deal with 3 different people, but it's like dealing with 1 person because they all have full knowledge of what you're inquiring about. Excellent customer service. I purchased 3 diamonds so far (2 for myself and 1 for my mom). My experiences have been consistent with every transaction. A total pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much!

I received outstanding service from Samuel at B2C Jewels. He notified me promptly throughout the process, and was quick to answer my questions. When I did need to make a return because I decided to use a family stone instead, Samuel and B2C Jewels clearly stated the means by which I could place the return and quickly returned the funds back to me. I had an excellent experience with B2C Jewels, and strongly recommend them.

Found the best diamond for the best price on B2C Jewels (compared with BlueNile, Shane, Costco, diamondreview.com, pricescope.com, etc...) Although I had problems with wiring the money (B2C's Citibank has blocked it for 1 week on suspicion of wire fraud for unknown reason), this is not B2Cs fault, but their bank. Thanks to B2C's agents- Wayne, Paul and Steve who were very helpful in preserving the diamond of my choice during this week for me. After my money was released, I got it within 2 days. All what was requested was received. B2C will be my 1st stop next time when I will need jewelry.

B2C was a great company to work with. Samuel provided prompt and friendly service and the diamond I bought was amazing for the price they offered.

Michael from b2c helped me find the best diamond that fits my budget. He"ll let you know which diamonds have tints or other defects not listed on GIA reports. He's a trustworthy professional. Had a great experience and will do business with them again. Thanks.
