B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I had a great experience buying at B2C for my engagement ring. Samual and Steve as well as the rest of their team were very patient and responsive to my questions and concerns through out the buying process. I will definitely shop again with them in the future for my jewelry needs.

Going into this huge purchase I wanted to make sure I exhausted all options and made the best choice in quality along with a great price. In shopping online I was hesitant and wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. I chose B2C Jewels and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring. Throughout the whole process I couldn't have been made more comfortable with the attentiveness and response time from Rio at B2C. He answered all my questions before I made the purchase as I had many specific requests. He was out when I had additional questions and another rep made sure he was aware and as soon as Rio returned he had the answer and responded quickly. I couldn't be happier as I received the ring and it was exactly as described both in quality and in delivery time. Please do not hesitate to use B2C and you will not be disappointed, they have a great search tool and gave me the ability to search diamonds with multiple criteria especially images so you know they take quality very seriously. I found the perfect diamond for a great price and great communication made the whole process simple and stress free.

Thank you so much to everyone from B2C Jewels and especially to Raymond for your great service..A+++. You were extremely helpful with your follow up such as email and calls i really appreaciate it a lot. I couldnt be happier with the quality of the ring and I would not hesitate to buy again from B2C Jewels.

As I write, Christmas is next week. I have bought my wife diamond studs "the perfect gift" twice already-she had lost the first pair. She called me yesterday and told me she had lost one of her studs and had no idea where to look. "Bingo!" I thought. So, I typed into Google "Where is best place to buy diamond studs". I was thinking of a walk-in store and I have been to the diamond district in NYC. The first google entry was a post from Yahoo and their first choice was B2C Jewels. I called right away (Santa can't wait, you know..). I was really pleased with their website, very well laid out and I felt I was going to get something I would be very well pleased with. Alas, prancer dashed my hopes, to my wife's glee, "I found the earring!", I was suddenly without a gift :-( Oh well, I called B2C and my order was promptly cancelled, no trouble. If / When.....I would definetly choose B2C Jewels again.

My representative (Michael) did an awesome job helping me pick and choose the perfect diamond. I already knew some stuff about the 4Cs, but there were numerous amount of loose diamonds to choose from at B2C Jewels. After spending multiple hours several days straight with this representative, he helped me find a great one with great price. In addition, they don't rush you to buy their products either, instead, they said to take your time and choose the "one" you will be happy with. Guess what?! I took my time and chose the one that I'm truly happy with, thanks to you guys! Great service, great team, and exceptional delivery! Will be back for future jewelries with B2C Jewels!

I had a good experience with B2C. Michael was very helpful and quickly responded to every question I had, even during typical non-business hours. Process was easy, additional ASET and Idealscope and actual high resolution images were available. Would use again.

Great experience buying a loose diamond from B2C Jewels. Rio was very helpful and responsive, providing me with scope images of the stone I picked out and communicating with me each step of the way. The diamond was overnighted and delivered as promised. I would absolutely purchase from them again.
