B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I placed my order and then was told the diamond had been already sold. Typical "BAIT AND SWITCH". Then "Samuel" tried to sell me a lower quality diamond for a more expensive price. I never write reviews but I am devastated and hope that this does not happen to you. There are many diamond companies online. Don't choose this one. I have proof of this in case you want to verify.

We got a great deal on a beautiful diamond. We were complemented on how Great The cut of the diamond was when we went to have the diamond set. The website is easy to use with secure transactions. The. Company was fast to respond when emailed. Rio was extremely helpful and was always friendly

Shopping for an engagement ring turned out to be more of a daunting task than I had anticipated. Spending hours at the brick and mortar stores, watching them try to set stones in a setting that would kind of mimic ours, and then feeling the pressure as I got up to leave even after I wasn't happy with the ring or the price. Then I found B2C. No pressure, shop when you want, and prices that were unbelievably lower than I ever expected. I'll admit, I was nervous. So was she when I told her I was thinking about buying online. But, I took a chance. Rio was fantastic and with me every step of the way as my order was processed. The day it arrived, I opened the box and it was breathtaking. Always the skeptic, I took it straight to a gemologist for an appraisal. I walked out of there with a huge smile on my face. She said it was a gorgeous stone and said it's worth about 40% more than what I paid for it. A sigh of relief. My fiance loves, LOVES, the ring and she's seen the written appraisal. She always asks how much I really paid for it, but I'm not telling. I definitely recommend shopping with B2C for all your jewelry needs. I will from now on and I won't be as nervous about it this time. James

Thanks to Samuel @B2C Jewels, buying a diamond online was a breeze. From answering the most detailed questions, to rapidly responding to my emails, Samuel was there every step of the way. On top of that, B2C had the best value I could find anywhere - even compared to other online retailers. I was a bit nervous as first as I had never heard of B2C, but guess what, they delivered a top quality product, top notch service and priced substantially lower than their competitors for the same exact stone! All in a all, a great experience. Thanks again Samuel! David

Our home was burglarized and my wife's engagement ring and wedding band were stolen. I did not know where to go to try and purchase a replacement. I needed to find a place that provided good service, a great selection and a tremendous value as I had paid 6,900 for the prior one 18 years ago and wanted to find one as good or better and only had 4,000 to spend. Through much study and luck I found B2C and was able to get great tremendous service through one of their agents (RIo) and a super selection that allowed me to get one just like the previous one and even a better quality diamond than the first one!!! Thanks B2C.......

My husband and I were nervous about buying a diamond online, so we made sure to do a lot of research prior. I had an exceptional experience dealing with Rio from B2C Jewels and we were in constant communication, letting us know the various steps that were being taken. Rio followed up with me on the phone, to let me know he was ordering my diamond, before they shipped it out to me. We felt much more at ease with the extra lengths that the B2C Jewels team took to ensure that we got exactly what we paid for. My diamond arrived EXACTLY as described and even more beautiful that I expected. We can't thank B2C Jewels enough!

I purchased a floral ring with K color diamond from B2C Jewels. The product arrived just as they advertise. I searched many online sites and finally found B2C jewels that offered value for my money. Thanks to Johnny for all his efforts in getting the product delivered on time.Thank you B2C Jewels and team.

I found B2C jewels on pricescope and they were the only place that had what I was looking for - the range of ring types was fantastic. Looking for the ring and diamond were the hard part so after I knew what I wanted, it was an smooth and easy transaction with the customer service rep, Johnny. He kept me up to date and ensured that my purchase got into my hands safely and quickly. My now fiance loves the ring style and the diamond quality is exception. Great experience and I will be buying the wedding ring from B2C too. Thanks Winston
