I have to admit, choosing and buying a ring for your fiance-to-be can be a very daunting and intimidating task. Like many others, I had started out with little knowledge on buying a diamond engagement ring. I knew I had a decent sized budget to spend and wanted to buy something that she would love. So I started out with a massive amount of research educating myself about the 4 C's and then progressed learning about more advanced aspects about diamonds. I also spent countless hours shopping starting out at those brand name mall stores, moving on to higher end boutique jewelry stores, and once comfortable enough with the knowledge I had, shopped online. While shopping online can in most cases save money, it also adds the difficulty of not being able to see the diamond or the ring in person as you would in a store. So you really have to place a lot of trust in the online jeweler as well as in yourself. There are plenty of competitive online diamond / jewelry vendors out there (no need for me to mention the names as you are probably familiar with them if you had done any preliminary research). But during my exhaustive online shopping research, I had come across B2C Jewels... and I am so glad I did! Aside from the extensive selection of diamonds and ring settings, B2C also seemed to have some of the better competitive prices. Also a plus was the ability to order, try on and return a sample ring setting. To my relief, my now fiance liked the setting so I was able to proceed with greater confidence. Finally, and most important was the customer service who provided very informative but pressure-free help as I decided on the ideal center diamond for the ring. I wanted to personally thank B2C Customer Service Specialist Rio who was so helpful during this whole selection and purchasing process. I also wanted to mention and thank other B2C staff Merwin, Nick, and Anthony who also assisted during different chat inquiries I had. But most importantly, the final product... the ring! It arrived promptly and greatly exceeded my expectations. My fiance and soon-to-be wife absolutely <3 LOVES <3 the ring and get so many compliments from her friends. I admittedly sometimes am a bit mesmerized when looking at the ring as it is so beautiful and sparkly. I am so grateful that I found and bought the engagement ring from B2C Jewels and am looking to buy our wedding bands from them. I unequivocally recommend to all to really consider B2C Jewels for your diamond, engagement ring and jewelry purchases.

I thoroughly shopped around for the perfect diamond for my fiancee. B2C Jewels was absolutely the best vendor I visited. Forget buying in person, the prices are inherently greater because the diamond trades hands so many times and is marked up with each transaction. From what I understand, B2C doesn't hold the diamonds but has access to the information, and they are the only middle man between you and the cutter. These diamonds are certifiably identical to the selection you find in the stores, but the selection is orders of magnitude higher, allowing you to find the EXACT diamond you wish to purchase. For $3600 I found a diamond which cannot realistically be differentiated from a $10,000 stone without using 10x magnification. Don't believe the rubbish the in-store jewelers feed you. I also wasn't worried about safety in shipping because the package was insured and required a signature upon delivery. I also worked the staff by requesting about 30 or so GIA certifications on diamonds that hadn't had them uploaded yet. The customer service was always very understanding and professional. I would use B2C a thousand times over, however I only plan on getting married once, ha. Thank you so much for selling me a phenomenal diamond for a fraction of the price an in-store retailer would. I purchased a diamond engagement ring based on B2CJewels diamond upgrade policy. Samuel and the rest of the B2C team was very attentive and responsive. Prices are competitive and shopping is easy. There was only one minor hiccup. The purchase was shipped to an address on file instead of confirming which shipping address I wanted to use. This ended up not being a problem. In any event, the experience exceeded my expectations and, if I am ever in the market again, this will be the first place I go.

I promised my wife some time ago that I would replace the engagement ring I gave her since it had been damaged and the jeweler that repaired it made a mess of it (long story). With our 35th anniversary approaching, I decided it had been long enough and ordered it.
