Everything was bad about this experience. I’ ve waited 7 months to write this review to make sure i disliked the product and not just the AWFUL delivery experience (i was verbally assaulted by one of the employees) No, i dislike the bedframe that cost thousands of dollars and requires rags and washcloths to stop the squeaks. Customer service is a joke. I got a $50 credit to use at the store on a $3200 purchase, when i informed them about the delivery experience. I hadn’t even opened the box to discover the problems inside. That is not a joke. You will be wasting your time and your money on this company. Don’t let the ‘green’ label sell you. Read the reviews. ---_------------------------ I really do think that if it were possible to rank -5 to -10 , I would give them, and very likely others would also. *Pay attention to how they use 3 Rd party shippers and then pass the blame. Zero accountability* I've never encountered this before with a delivery service, where I hav been verbally abused, with someone using F#$+ multiple times. I felt it necessary to come back and edit my review, for others to avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased a Foundation with Legs. It came missing an entire support beam, damaged length-wise plank, and in the wrong color. The customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. They claim everything is made in the good ol USA, they gaslight you into believing everything is quality checked and it is not. For a month I tried to get the missing pieces and then they send the wrong one that had already been used and damaged. Your rep goes dark 5 times before you get any sort of resolution and their demeanor is to basically blame the customer for their issues. The headache and time put into such a low quality product and horrible customer experience shaved years off my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Lemon of a worthless Avocado product.

We purchased a green mattress in a king size in the fall of 2020 for close to $2000 and had issues as soon as we received it, it was super uncomfortable when I reached out they recommended a topper which which we also purchased for an additional $800 to try to remedy and it did not help and then the mattress started to sag on both sides horribly. We reached out again and they wouldn’t do anything even though they have a 25 year warranty process and when I asked to write a review, they said I could only email support and wouldn’t offer any link to write a review on their website, super unethical company, I do not support this company at all nor will I purchase any mattresses from them in the future. Be very west as there are a lot of reviews I’m finding elsewhere because they don’t let you review on their site unless it’s positive. Very shady.

They do not stand by their mattress when it breaks

Terrible customer support. I received a damaged mattress foundation 4 days ago and have contacted customer service by phone and email multiple times every day and I still don't have authorization for a replacement. Customer support simply responds to emails by sending written notification of a 72 hour wait period for each request. Over the phone, customer service insists that it is impossible to transfer me to a manger and the local store tells me they have no authority to help me. This has been the most stressful purchase experience imaginable.

I bought an avocado green mattress. What a terrible decision. I followed instructions carefully, but the mattress still smelled. I got sick when I slept on it. Even my dog wouldn’t go near the mattress. I tried to reach avocado customer service for days with no reply. Customer service is even worse than the fumes from the mattress avoid avocado mattresses at all cost.

Item never came. I waited 2 1/2 months for my sheets which never arrived. Nobody ever called me to tell me that they no longer have them and that I will never get them. They said they will refund my money in 5-7 business days AFTER I get a confirmation within 1-2 business days. This is absolutely insane!! The customer service rep even agreed with me they the system is broken. He agreed that I would never receive a call about this. It was incumbent upon me, the customer, to call to find out about my order. I ordered the sheets in the store on February 5. It is now March 23. Isn’t this long enough time to wait for my order?

I bought the avocado children’s eco mattress. My child had an accident (the one night that I forgot the protective cover) hence the term ‘accident’. I could not get the urine smell out of the mattress. I’ve spent so much time and energy trying to fix it. We’ve had accidents on other mattresses (kids 🤷🏻‍♀️) and were able to remove the spot without any issues. (Five little monkeys is what we have for my other child and I highly recommend!!) This mattress absorbed the urine so deeply that I have no other choice then to get rid of the $600 mattress that I’ve had for less then a year and JUST paid off 😞 I’m sorry but a child’s mattress that can’t handle one accident is unacceptable. I reached out to the company and they basically said too bad! Never again - I should have read more reviews before making what I thought was an investment in my child’s health. So so disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR KIDS
