I purchased an Avocado King mattress with frame for $4,044.88 in December 2021. When the original mattress developed body impressions within 2 years, Avocado replaced it under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement also developed similar issues (1.5-2.0 inch impressions), and getting the second replacement required more effort - multiple rounds of documentation and a BBB complaint to move things forward. To Avocado's credit, they ultimately honored their warranty and agreed to replace the mattress.

There's an elephant in the room- created by SFB marketers at AGM- but being aware of it is the only way you will know what to expect with these people. It's such a mixed bag, I gave them a three. Here it is in very simple terms. Their mattress is superlative, my partner has all kinds of sensitivities and is vegan- and couldn't sleep well- and the Vegan King ticked all her requirements. She loves it. Worth every penny. NOW...there is all the other "stuff" they sell that isn't mattresses. It is, to an item, overpriced, suffers from really brain dead engineering mistakes and they use FedEx. So, whenever they screw up FedEx is there to make it worse. This easily becomes a re-shippment, waiting on your bed forever NIGHTMARE. The only thing their woodware has going for it is that it's good solid real wood. But then the engineering mistakes bite and they attach a leg that's the wrong shape to take the bed's weight to that nice piece of headboard wood with glue and you have a guaranteed point of failure. FWIW, customer service seemed to be indifferent, until you get mad. Then they're pretty righteous. I'm not sure I'm actually recommending that though, so, of course, your milage may vary. I have rated a 3 because I have not yet received the product. But just wanted to state that legitimate publications like Consumer Reports and U.S. News & World Report and several others have rated their green mattress as the best you can buy. So if that is true then a little bit of lousy customer service can be tolerated. Because with Covid pretty much every company's customer service has gone way downhill. I will update when product is received
