Went to order a gift of many products. Received 14 marketing ads in 4 days. Then started receiving out of stock emails at the same time I'm receiving marketing for the same product. Never got product. Called customer service, was informed product is in stock. Made empty promises. Waited another week and finally cancelled entire order. What a hassle.

New customer, Tried to order on line, their 500ml hydrating lotion. $210. Went to pay. Denied My perfectly valid Credit Card. tried 4 times. Forget it. There has to be an alternative website somewhere to purchase this product. Message to AVEDA.COM.AU....a Spider could design a Better Website for you !!

Leider muss man mindestens einen Stern abgeben… Eigentlich bin ich bisher mit den Produkten zufrieden, aber leider passt dazu der Kundenservice überhaupt nicht! Ich hatte bei meinem Friseur ein Mousse gekauft. Zuhause zweimal benutzt, ganz ok. Dann stand das Produkt eine Woche im Schrank und als ich es danach benutzen wollte, hat sich da was geändert. Schon beim anheben ist mir aufgefallen das man das Gefühl hatte das der Inhalt flüssig ist. Erst nach dem man geschüttelt hatte, veränderte es sich etwas. Aber das was dann rauskam war weit davon entfernt ein Mousse zu sein. Kaum auf der Hand, schon verflüssigte es sich. Dazu hätte ich sehr gerne mal den Kundenservice kontaktiert und gefragt warum das so ist und ob es sich um einen Produktfehler handelt. Kann ja mal vorkommen das eine Charge ein Problem hat. Leider werde ich darauf keine Antwort bekommen, da es einen Kundenservice im Sinne von „Service“ nicht zu geben scheint. Der Chat …. warum meinen Namen und E-Mail Adresse…?? Ich werde weiterhin zu meinem Aveda Friseur gehen und dort ist es auch ok mit den Produkten. Für meinen Bedarf zuhause werde ich keine Aveda Produkte mehr kaufen. Schade,den im Prinzip sind sie klasse , aber zu einem guten Produkt gehört aber auch ein entsprechender Kundenservice. Hätte es gerne direkt kommuniziert, aber leider geht das nicht.

Ordering online was the worst headache ever!!! Aveda took a dump when bought out by Estée Lauder. Nearly a month ago I found out I was on their “ “replenishment system,” and canceled that $$$ grubbing program. A month later they charged my CC for more items. Additionally I had an order email from Azerbaijan, what the hay!!! The customer service reps are inept, callous, worthless and lackadaisical.

AI went there on 2nd time as first time, unbelievable I met a very good stylist. Second time Davide was a complete disaster. My hair was in a bad state. For 35 minutes, I said to stylist not to cut my hair short about 10 TIMES and used the exact words - to avoid BIRDS NEST. Told him not to cut it short as it is really thick. Blowdry usually lasts 7 days but it is out after 2 days. The cut looked ok in the salon but it is really short and it is a very odd looking hair cut. Not sure if I can trust someone cutting my hair ever again. Think I should have left them as damaged as they were - at least they were long. My hair looks like it has been cut with WHEAT SICKLE instead of scissors as it has no layers even though I asked for layers. Perhaps if I used a sickle, I wouldn't have lost £110. Apart the first receptionist was really rude. I said that I have to be downstairs but she wanted to me to go upstairs using steps. Perhaps if you speak Chinese to these type people they can understand more. Won't be going again. Ps they did contact myself and offered me complimentary haircut but my hair is way too short now and won't be going again due to what happened.

I order products on 10/6/25 and never received them. Tracking continues to be unavailable. On Oct. 25 through chat finally told carrier never received products. Told agent would reship, 5 days, then 2 more and another 5 days. This is much too long and Aveda is refusing to cancel order. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service.

Absolutely awful company to try and communicate with. Was advised by courier to contact for refund or replacement as parcel ‘lost’. Aveda’s live chat was a waste of time, agent connected then disappeared. The WhatsApp was the same. When I finally got them they couldn’t care less and eventually just did can’t help you. There is no telephone connection and it is clearly a very run down company which is a shame as it was a well respected brand. Clearly do not think anything of their customers and I still don’t know where my parcel is paid and sent over a week ago. Wish I’d read these reviews first.
