Truly, the Aveda product “Smooth Infusion Naturally Straight” has changed my entire relationship with my hair! I’ve always fought frizzy curly hair and this product does exactly what it is supposed to do! If they ever stop making this I will be one very sad woman. I always keep two in my arsenal in fear of running out!!!!

Came to Denver from Baltimore went to the aveda school for a facial ,brow wax, and an eye treatment! Had the pleasure of being beautified by Brittne Gowdy! It was one of the best experiences. The facial Was 60 mins and my skin felt so very soft and looked so clear. I will definitely be returning here again!!

WARNING!!! This place may seem all wonderful and daisy, and the atmosphere given make the overly priced items seem all natural and good for you. But in reality Aveda is a hell hole! Extremely toxic place to work, the management is extremely fake and they dont care about their employees. I was personally verbally harassed by the regional manager (pointe claire, laval and downtown) and the store manager (fairview pointe claire) by them constantly telling me to put on makeup and cover up my face. No to mention how the management leaves their garbage all around and expects us to clean it for them, where I had to write a little note and the bottles where never taken home.. One time I have a couple of pimples on my forehead from a very stressful situation and the store manager literally asked me whats wrong with my face! She told me to cover them up and basically forced me to wear makeup, didn't know it was the law to wear makeup at work?? And the same store manager forced me to go to a store and buy a black pair of socks when I was wearing shoes that did not even show the socks. One time I came back from vacation (18 hour flight) and was scheduled to work the following day at 9:30 am.. anyways I had picked up a flu virus from the plane and a couple of days later I was very ill. I had informed the general manager and store manager about my virus and was forced to come in for an 8 hour shift! So sorry to all the customers I served where I was sneezing and coughing, blame the management. The managers are extremely fake and will be your best friend one second (like asking how you are and all) and as soon as you do one thing they dont like (like wearing SLIGHTLY washed out BLACK jeans) they will turn on you and start yelling at you. Now for the "all natural" products, its all all a lie! Its true there are no parabens, but there all plenty of sulfates in these products. For someone with a degree in sciences I can tell you from a chemical level that these products are no different from the drugstore and more cheaper beauty products, stop wasting your money!! They use just as much plastic and oil to make these products as any other company. There is so much illegal activity going on here, from giving the schedule for the week 19 HOURS before we know if were working the next day, to working 8 hours ALONE with NO BREAK, to giving employees over 40 hours a week and not paying them overtime, the list goes on and on of how awful this "business" is and I will be making a formal complaint to head office and to normes the travail. So please think twice before you waste your money on these garbage products and realize that the toxic management is the same for the point Claire, Laval and downtown locations. Thanks -Olivia :)

I’ve ordered such a small facial cleanser 17/aug and They don’t send me that cleanser yet. It’s 8/sep. I sent the mail to the customer service tho, They didn’t answer me. It’s insane. Please send me the cleasner as soon as possible...

Close to a scam I bought in line a couple of egift cards from avedacashstar one in Feb 2019 an other in 8/25/2019. I paid gor them with debit, when my wife has tried for sslon services they won't tske it, they say is only good to buy products, and worse i called and they don't honor refunds. Otherwise they will keep the money without any remores. I paid cash and they won't honor my cash, my wife like the salon but mist of Aveda profucts are cheap manyfacturing and cayse allergies to people.

Aveda's email address is bouncing back with delivery failures. Their phone number, 1800 304 283, answers as Bobby Brown and all the options rotate to an automated voice and then hang up. The review product function on their website has been disabled. And when you tell them on fb messenger they say, ' You can give us your feedback here.' and then after you give your feedback say, 'Please email us'. To the email address that does not work. Please don't tell me to PM you to resolve this. These practices are very dodgy.

3 stars just because I like the texture of the product, my booking was for 5 pm in Dubai I finish at 9.30 pm a lot of waist of my time and my energy. After all of this time I'm going back to my home sick coz of my hair wet and the Ac. The conduct of the staff is very bad even not respectfull and not class. The hair dresser was too scared to do my hair cut she's giving me the felling not professional. My blow dry was zero.
