Hello My name is Pantelis Karazoupis NJ .I have been on the Aveda Invanti the whole system now for over 1 year..It is the best product for my hair because it has been this all my life ever since I went to Avada Invanti my hair is thicker fuller more density more volume my hair feels amazing Thank You to Ally at the Bridgewater store in New jersey.Shes wonderful she recommend the Aveda Invanti System and it worked out very well for me .However Alley is a Top Notch Professional at the Bridgewater store in NJ..She knows what shes talking about she can back up exactly what shes saying .She very Ambitious Amazing Personality. She knows exactly what shes doing.. Aveda products I love them .. I would never switch to another product Aveda yes my experience has the greatest products hair and Skin Body

Not a green company! They sent my one tube of lip gloss in this huge box with tons of stuffing!

Like the performance of the products, but they smell horrible. I’d use them if they made them smell better. If your hair gets wet in the rain...you smell like a wet dog!

Today I bought Aveda Chakra 7 perfume. I was extremely disappointed to find , once I got home) that Aveda are now using plastic bottles in stead of recyclable glass ones, especially in this day and age and the battle against plastic in our oceans and waterways.

I received a box of Aveda products that my boss sent me for Christmas. Many of the items are duplicates of what I already have several of so I took the box into my local Aveda store and asked to exchange some items so I could try some new products. They told me you cannot return or exchange anything purchased on line. I would need to return it on line and it would be credited to the original form of payment. This is unacceptable for a high end line that prides itself on quality and customer service, and not to mention, highly over priced to have this policy. I will no longer send my clients gifts from Aveda knowing they cannot exchange the items in store.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I bought the whole Aveda Invati set for hair loss and I am very unhappy with my purchase as it did not work and did not do what it said it does at all, not only it didn't work also it gave me a very itchy scalp to the point that I had to stop using it however I kept using to give a good judgment and still very unhappy so I went back to the store (Richmond) and said to the staff that I spent a lot of money so the least I expect is not to get irritation, I was very unhappy with the the customer service as she said she is the only one and her manager is not in and she has no access to her so she gave me a bunch of samples of unrelated things and I had to leave. I had my receipt with me but it was more than a month I told her I work everyday and I didn't have the opportunity to take all the bottles and come to the store and I wanted to give it enough time to see if it works but she couldn't do anything and said she is not a manager, the manager is not available there most of the days. to conclude don't buy the invati hair loss it didn't do anything for me and it gave me a really itchy sensitive scalp that I never had.
