aveda UK website is totally a disaster, I don't think any customers can purchase items on it. I want to buy shampoo on it, but I couldn't finish the process, I even called customer service, the terrible website wasted my time.

Placed an order 24 Oct, emailed to say dispatched 27 Oct. Still not arrived 2 November. Evri and AVEDA not taking any responsibility. Contacted AVEDA customer services who said nothing we can do. Terrible experience, company and courier, AVOID

Good points - quick and easy delivery 15% off site wide (only getting one star for this) On to the negatives …. Awful products. Don’t waste your time,money or effort. I bought the botanical repair shampoo and conditioner as well as the intensive masque. I got the bestsellers edit as a bonus for £25. Big big mistake. My long thick shiny hair was instantly greasy, dull and lifeless after one use! The products are so heavy and cloying that they are almost impossible to wash out well, the nutriplenish leave in conditioner is so thin and watery and yet does a perfect job of knotting your hair seconds after brushing it. I have persisted with it as I thought maybe I just need to get used to the formulation . However in just two weeks, my hair is so damaged, I’m literally shocked. I’ve had to stop using their products and have had to chop nearly 5 inches of previously perfectly healthy hair off. For nearly £80 worth of product. I’m not going to pass it on to someone else to try I would rather chuck it in the bin! I will be asking the company for my money back as this has been such a terrible experience.

Nie wieder. Die Bestellung hat nicht funktioniert, auch nach allen Versuchen nicht. Dann telefonisch probiert. Nach zig Minuten Wartezeit keine Rückmeldung mehr und dann im Whatsapp Chat geschrieben. Der Mitarbeiter ist dann unhöflich geworden, weil man auf die Wartezeit und die fehlende Antwort hingewiesen hat. Werde dort nie wieder bestellen und rate auch jedem ab dies zu tun.

I placed an order after receiving a marketing email from Aveda to order and get 20% off plus a free full size product - my total was over $100. After not receiving my order I called customer service and they said they couldn't fill the order because they were out of the full size product I chose - so the order had to be canceled (they did not notify me of this). I asked to replace my order for the same pricing - and she said the promotion was over at this point. I asked to speak to a manager - and she said they would call me back. I never received a call back. I tried calling customer service again and after a long hold was disconnected. I tried calling corporate and they didn't answer - but had a voice mail that said they had a meeting and their whole office was closed. Seems strange to me that on a Tuesday at 10:30 am at corporate Aveda that their whole office was closed for a meeting?! I have been using their products for over a decade and have spent thousands of dollars over time I feel frustrated that the customer service is so horrendous and ungrateful for their customers.

Horrible customer service. You can't cancel your order. I still haven't received my order either. I suggest buying through Amazon instead.

Placed an order on 9/27/22 and still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted customer service three times and keep being told it’s been escalated to the warehouse and yet, nothing has been shipped.
